On December 20, 2016 at 1:30 p.m., Hampton Township officers responded to Middle Road, near Ralph Drive for a single vehicle rollover crash with possible entrapment. A passerby was assisting the vehicle operator out of the vehicle upon the responding officer's arrival. The operator stated that the road was icy, and that they lost control and went up onto an embankment, which resulted in the vehicle rollover. The operator did sustain obvious injury and was transported to the hospital by ambulance for further treatment. The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
