On October 23 at 1:30 AM, Police observed a vehicle southbound on Route 8 near Duncan with headlights and tail lights not functioning properly. A traffic stop was conducted and police were able to detect an odor of burnt marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle. The driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges will be filed.
