On March 6, 2017 at 12:35 p.m., Hampton Township officers responded to Harts Run Road for a two vehicle accident. The accident occurred when the operator of one vehicle became distracted and did not notice the vehicles ahead braking quickly. The operator was unable to stop in time and rear ended another car. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
