On April 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., a Hampton Township officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle, on Route 8, after observing that the vehicle's registration plate was suspended. Upon contacting the driver, the officer detected the odor of burnt marijuana emanating from the vehicle. Upon further investigation, the operator was found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
