On November 4 at 2:28 PM, while assisting a disabled motor vehicle, officers observed a truck traveling eastbound on West Hardies Road proceed off the roadway, onto a hillside and into a tree. The driver was uninjured. While traveling down the hill on West Hardies approaching Gibson, the driver lost his brakes.
