On September 16, 2017 at 9:20 p.m., a Hampton Township officer observed a vehicle parked near the railroad tracks on Bryant Road. Upon making contact with the two vehicle occupants, the officer detected the odor of marijuana. The officer asked both individuals to exit the vehicle, at which point the operator was observed to throw an item under the vehicle. The officer retrieved the item, which was found to be a glass smoking pipe. While searching the vehicle, the officer found a metal container with suspected marijuana inside. The officer also located a glass smoking pipe and a bag of prescription pills.
