On October 26, 2017 at 11:54 p.m., a Hampton Township officer initiated a traffic stop on Duncan Avenue after observing a vehicle leave it's lane of travel multiple times. Upon making contact with the driver, the officer observed a glass smoking device in plain view on the rear seat of the vehicle. The paraphernalia was seized by the officer. The operator was asked to perform field sobriety tests based upon the totality of the circumstances, which they were able to complete as had been explained and demonstrated.
