On November 7, 2014 at 8:30am a driver reported that they were driving northbound on Rt 8 near Wildwood Rd behind a white dump truck. The driver stated that a stone came out from under the truck and struck the windshield of the car and caused a crack. The driver followed the dump truck to Home Depot and the driver was identified and they exchanged insurance information.
