On November 9, 2017 at 08:16 a.m., Hampton Township Police responded to the area of East Hardies Road, near Sheetz, for a two vehicle accident. The accident occurred when the operator of one vehicle attempted to turn left out of the Sheetz parking lot onto East Hardies Road and collided with an oncoming vehicle. One vehicle had to be towed from the scene due to sustained damage.
