On November 16, 2017 at 5:56 p.m., Hampton Township officers were dispatched to Route 8, at Clearview Road, for a two vehicle accident. Both vehicles were found to be blocking the roadway and had each sustained disabling damage. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The accident occurred when the operator of one vehicle attempted to turn left off of Clearview Road onto Route 8 and collided with another vehicle that was traveling north on Route 8.
