On June 3, 2018 at 10:36 p.m., a Hampton Township officer initiated a traffic stop on Bella Vista Drive after observing that the vehicle's registration plate was expired. Upon making contact with the driver, the officer detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. When advised of the odor, the operator handed over a bag containing drugs and paraphernalia.
