On August 6, 2018 at 5:10 p.m., a Hampton Township officer observed an individual walking through a business parking lot. The individual was observed to be visibly shaking and was unsteady on their feet. Upon the officer making contact with the individual, who had proceeded to sit on the side of the parking lot, the individual appeared to be disoriented, had constricted pupils, and spoke very slowly. The individual was found to have an active arrest warrant and was placed under arrest. The individual was also found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
