On 12/ 21/ 2018 at 3:41 p.m., Hampton Officers were dispatched to Ferguson Road for a male who was observed to be slumped over the steering wheel of his car and appeared to be unresponsive. Upon the officer's arrival, they located the vehicle operator still slumped over the steering wheel. The first officer on scene was able to wake the operator, who showed signs of impairment. The officer also detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. The individual was ultimately placed under arrest.
