On January 6, 2019 at 2:21 a.m., Hampton Township officers were dispatched to Grand Avenue for a report of a male standing in a front yard, screaming and yelling. Upon the officer's arrival, they located the male in question, who was visibly intoxicated. The male was subsequently taken into custody.
