On March 27, 2019 at 5:33 p.m., Hampton Township officers responded to Route 8 and Oxford Boulevard for a multiple vehicle accident. Upon their arrival, officers located three involved vehicles. The accident occurred when the operator of one vehicle attempted to pull out of a business parking lot onto Route 8 and was rear-ended. This caused the vehicle to cross lanes and strike another vehicle. All three vehicles sustained disabling damage and had to be towed from the scene.
