On March 29, 2019 at 1:44 a.m., Hampton Township Police responded to Wildwood Road for a report of a single vehicle over a hillside. The accident occurred when the operator attempted to navigate a sharp bend in the roadway, lost control of the vehicle, which traveled across the roadway and over the hillside. The vehicle came to rest on a large pile of rocks and sustained disabling damage. The vehicle was towed from the scene and there were no injuries reported at the time of the accident.
