On April 28, 2019 at 12:06 p.m., Hampton Township officers were dispatched to South Pioneer Road for a report of a disabled vehicle. While en route to the scene, officers were informed that the vehicle was over a hillside. Upon their arrival, officers located the vehicle over an embankment, with the driver and sole occupant standing outside of the car. The operator stated that they were traveling south on South Montour Road, when they lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle drove over an embankment and had to be removed by a tow truck.
