On November 28, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to Route 8, near West Hardies Road, for a water main break. Upon their arrival, officers located a water main break with a large amount of water emerging from the side of the roadway. Hampton Shaler Water Authority responded to the location to remedy the issue.
