On December 4, 2019 at 4:33 p.m., Hampton Township Police responded to Route 8, at Clearview Road, for a two vehicle accident. Upon the officer's arrival, they located the two vehicles blocking the roadway. The accident was said to have occurred when one vehicle exited Clearview Road without proper clearance, which resulted in a collision with a vehicle traveling north on Route 8. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
