On May 26, 2020 at 12:19 p.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to a business on Route 8 for an intoxicated person passed out in the grass. The responding officer arrived on scene and observed the individual laying in the grass, who had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from his person and it appeared as though he urinated on himself. The individual had several open and empty alcohol containers laying nearby and had slurred speech and was unable to balance while standing.
