On March 26, 2021 at 5:56 p.m., Hampton Township Police responded to East Hardies Road, near Ranalli Drive, for a motor vehicle accident. The reporting party advised dispatch that the collision involved a vehicle and motorcycle. Upon arrival, responders observed an individual laying in the middle of the road being tended to by EMS and members of the fire department. The accident was said to have occurred when the operator of the vehicle was stopped on Ranalli Drive, waiting to turn onto East Hardies Road. The operator failed to observe the oncoming motorcycle and entered the roadway, resulting in the collision. One operator was transported to the hospital.
