On May 15, 2021 at 3:49 a.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to Harts Run Road for a single vehicle accident involving a utility pole and fence. Upon the responding officer's arrival, they located the vehicle in question, which was into the front yard of a residence and resting against a tree. The operator was found to be unresponsive at the time the officer arrived. Once awake, the operator displayed visible signs of impairment. The operator was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. The vehicle had struck a fence and a tree and had to be towed from the scene.
