On June 4, 2021 at 4:50pm, Hampton Township Police Officers responded to Nature Trail Drive for a report of truck that was said to have exploded and been on fire. Upon arrival, the Hampton Township Fire Department was already on scene attempting to put out the fire which was stemming from the driver's rear side brake area. There were no injuries reported, the truck was successfully extinguished, and the vehicle was towed from the scene by a private company.
