On August 16, 2021 at 11:45a.m., a Hampton Township Resident from Vitullo Drive notified the Hampton Township Police Department of an attempted fraud. The resident stated that their employer notified them that someone had opened an unemployment claim in their name. The resident had no financial loss and was advised to monitor their credit and to report this attempt to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
