On September 12, 2021 at 1:35p.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to the area of Harts Run Road for a report of wires down across the roadway. Upon arrival, officers located live wires across the roadway. Hampton Township Fire Department and Hampton Fire Police were dispatched to provide traffic control until Duquesne Light was able to arrive on scene.
