On October 4, 2021 at 3:01a.m., Hampton Township Officers were dispatched to the area of Harts Run Road and Fernwood Lane for a report of large branches hanging over power lines. Police requested Duquesne Light to respond to the scene to clear the branches. Flares were lit to help with traffic control and officers stayed on the scene until Duquesne Light arrived.
