On October 21, 2021 at 7:56p.m., Hampton Township Officers were dispatched to the area of Middle Road and John Giel Drive for a report of a traffic accident. The accident occurred when a vehicle was traveling on Middle Road towards Harts Run Road when a tree fell on the right side of the vehicle causing the windshield to shatter. The driver had minor injuries and the vehicle was trapped for a period of time until the roadway was cleared from the fallen tree.
