On October 28 at 4:45p.mp, Hampton Township officers were dispatched to the area of McNeal Road and Middle Road for a report of hazardous conditions on the roadway. Upon arrival, officers located tar covering a section of the roadway. The officers notified the Hampton Township DPW to respond to the scene for clean up. The road crew applied lime dust to the area of the road where the tar was located.
