Yesterday, the Hampton Police Department participated in the Patches for Joshua Program. Joshua Eastman is a nine-year old boy in Children's Hospital who is battling cancer. He collects police patches and likes opening mail. 76 police departments with 87 vehicles from the area participated in the program. A letter was dropped off to Joshua with some police patches and a Hampton Township police hat. Joshua was able to observe the procession from his hospital window.
