On January 28, 2022 at 12:23p.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to the area of O'Reilly Auto Parts for a vehicle accident that had just occurred on William Flinn Highway. Upon arrival, officers located both vehicles off the roadway and confirmed there were no injuries. The accident occurred when one vehicle was traveling southbound on William Flinn Highway, in the passing lane, when they came to another vehicle stopped and waiting to turn. The vehicle was unable to stop in time and struck the vehicle that was stopped. Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.
