On February 20, 2022 at 1:44a.m., a Hampton Township officer was traveling eastbound on East Bardonner Road near the intersection of William Flinn Highway when they observed a vehicle in front of them cross the center yellow line on several occasions. After observing this, the officer initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of East Bardonner Road and Raintree Drive. Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer detected multiple signs of alcohol consumption and impairment. The officer requested the driver exit the vehicle and submit to a series of field sobriety tests. Based on the circumstances, the driver was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
