On August 2, 2:35 AM, police observed a vehicle being operated in an erratic manner westbound on Harts Run Road. The vehicle continued north on Route 8 at a speed of 60 MPH. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges will be filed.
