On 07/31/2022 at 2:08 p.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to Route 8 for a two vehicle crash with entrapment. Upon their arrival, officers located both vehicles blocking the left lanes of northbound and southbound travel. At the time of their arrival, all involved persons were found to be out of their vehicles. Parties on scene reported that one vehicle was traveling north on Route 8, in the left lane, when the other vehicle suddenly pulled out of a parking lot directly in front of the other vehicle. Both involved vehicles sustained disabling damage and had to be towed from the scene.
