On 12/26/2022 at 4:16 p.m., Hampton Township Police Department was dispatched to the Pioneer Apartments for a water condition in the front lobby. Upon arrival, officers observed a large amount of water flooding the lobby area stemming from a water pipe/sprinkler hardware in the ceiling that had burst. Hampton Township Fire Department and the property owners arrived on scene to start fixing the problem.
