On January 20, 2015 at 12:06 AM a vehicle was stopped on Rt 8 near Duncan Ave. for multiple traffic violations. The officer observed the driver through something out the window and officers were able to locate the drugs that were discarded. The driver was identified and was charged with multiple violations.
