On 10/17/2023, Hampton Township Police were dispatched to the area of William Flinn Highway and Clearview Road for a report of a branch in the roadway blocking traffic. William Flinn Highway was observed to clear, however, there was a tree on wires and branches on the roadway of Harts Run Road near Clearview Road. County Dispatch notified Duquesne Light for a tree on wires and a wire down on the roadway. Duquesne Light arrived on scene and removed the tree and wire. The roadway was then reopened.
