On 10/13/2023, an Officer was driving south on Middle Road when a vehicle was observed driving over the solid white lane line. The vehicle then appeared to nearly strike a guard rail. For these reasons, the vehicle was stopped. Upon making contact with the operator, the driver showed visible signs of impairment and was unable to usefully perform field sobriety testing. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.
