On 11/11/2023, Hampton PD responded to the area of Orchard View and Royal View for a report of a suspicious vehicle with two individuals inside wearing masks. Upon arrival, the involved vehicle was located, a grey Dodge Ram dually, unoccupied. Upon further inspection, the individuals with masks were determined to be reflective ghost mask headrest covers on the front seats of the truck.
