On 12/02/2023, Hampton Township Police were dispatched to Willow Oak Drive to speak with a resident in reference to a hunting complaint. Upon arrival, Officers were advised that they had observed a male in the woods neighboring their residence dressed in an orange vest and camo. and were concerned that the male was hunting illegally and was too close to her house. Officers observed the male in question sitting in a tree stand approximately 100-150 yards into the woods. The male was facing away from the residence and was not observed to have a weapon with him at this time. As no direct hunting/trespassing violations were observed, the male in the tree stand was not contacted at this time.
