Due to the road closure on Mt. Royal Boulevard near Duncan Avenue, larger trucks (including tractor trailers) have to travel northbound on Mt. Royal as part of the detour, which is causing a dangerous condition at the horseshoe bend.
This being the case, PennDOT has installed a temporary three-way traffic signal so that traveling in this area is safer for all motorists during the closure.
