On 12/10/24, HPD was dispatched to Tall Timber Dr. for a report of a garbage truck that stuck the electric lines and pulled them down onto the truck, it was reported that the driver of the truck was still inside the vehicle. Upon arrival, Duquesne Light was notified to respond as it was confirmed that the driver was still inside the garbage truck. Hampton Fire and Shaler Hampton EMS arrived on scene. Upon arrival of Duquesne Light, they removed the power lines, and the Verizon cable lines and the truck was able to leave the scene.
