On February 12, 2015 at 1:30 PM Hampton Twp Police were dispatched to 3999 Middle Rd. for a vehicle accident that happened sometime overnight. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the homeowner who stated that sometime overnight a vehicle crashed into her front yard and caused damage to a tree and the grass there. The officer spoke to the driver of the vehicle who reported that she was traveling northbound on Middle Rd. around 3:30 AM when she swerved to avoid striking a deer and lost control and went off the roadway. The driver was advised that in the future she needs to report the accident to the police and to make contact with the owner of any property that is damaged. AAA Towing removed the vehicle.
