On 7/20/25, a vehicle was stopped at William Flinn Hwy. and Harts Run Rd. for failing to maintain a single lane and an inoperable brake light. The Officer could smell Marijuana coming from inside the vehicle and an open alcoholic beverage was observed. There was also an open package of edible THC beside the driver's right leg. After receiving consent to search the vehicle, Officers recovered the plain view items as well as a rolling tray, beer bong, and two partial Marijuana cigarettes. The driver tested positive on a Preliminary Breath Test (PBT). Both driver and passenger were under 21 years of age. The contraband was destroyed at the station and Non-traffic citations were issued via summons.
