On September 6, at 9:30 AM, Police were dispatched to the 3900 block of Mt. Royal Blvd. for a one-vehicle accident. The driver was going south on Mt. Royal Blvd. when he struck the guide rail. McCandless-Franklin Park EMS was on scene, but the driver refused transport. Due to airbag deployment, the vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
