On September 12, at 9:50 PM, Police stopped a vehicle traveling north on Route 8 with no rear lighting, and an inoperable driver's head light. There was an odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle and marijuana residue on the center console.The driver was released to a friend. Disorderly Conduct charges will be filed.
