On September 13, at 10:10 AM, Police were dispatched to the area of Mt. Royal Blvd. and Ferguson Rd. for a crash. Both vehicles were towed. Hampton EMS responded for one of the drivers who complained of chest pain, potentially from the airbag and/or seatbelt, and wrist pain.
