Township of Hampton Council at their October 28, 2015 meeting authorized the release of Capital Improvement Funds, to match the Hampton Community Association's fundraising efforts, in order to meet the match of the grant. The new equipment will be shipped in early 2016, with the goal to have the playground ready for use by May 2016.
The HCA will continue their efforts to raise additional funds needed for site preparation (excavation, drainage construction, base preparation) for the equipment area through donations from families in Hampton through an upcoming mailer.
