On September 27, 2016 at 8:20 a.m., Hampton Township Police responded to Sample Road, at Bryant Road, for a two vehicle accident. The accident was caused when one vehicle crossed a railroad crossing at an unsafe speed, lost control, and side swiped the other vehicle. One operator was transported to the hospital after complaints of injury.
