On October 20, 2016 at 12:39 a.m., Hampton Township officers responded to Middle Road for a single vehicle accident involving a tree. Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle that had crashed into a tree. The operator showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. The operator was transported to the hospital by ambulance due to the complaint of injury.
