On February 1, 2017 at 12:45 p.m., Hampton Township Police took a report from a resident on Haberlein Road, who stated that they received a "check" in the mail from "Publisher's Clearing House". The mailer stated that this check was only a payment toward a $2,500,000.00 winning. The resident contact Publisher's Clearing House, who verified that the mailer was just a scam.
